Page Layout Options
HoverCraft page templates include a few global layout controls for repeated content sections.
- Tiles use 3 or 4 columns across on desktop in normal and wide layouts, while narrow/sidebar Tiles use 2 columns, and pull their content from the Tiles widget area.
- Columns can use 3–6 columns across on desktop and pull their content from the Columns widget area.
- Gallery automatically uses images attached to the current page.
- ZigZag prefers page-specific ZigZag rows and falls back to the ZigZag widget area when those rows are empty.
- Gallery, Tiles, and blockquote caption controls can hide or show captions.
These settings affect compatible page templates sitewide. See Page Templates for the available template families and combinations.
Pending: The Tiles Across control offers 2–12 columns, but normal and wide Tiles currently apply only 3- or 4-column frontend layouts. Gallery, Tiles, and blockquote caption controls also offer Below Image and Inside Image choices, but those two positions are not currently distinguished by the frontend output.
