Topbar

The HoverCraft topbar is a compact header strip for short announcements, notices, contact information, social links, and similar site-wide content.

• Topbar Left and Topbar Right are separate widget areas.
• When both are active on desktop, they render on opposite sides of the topbar.
• When only one is active, HoverCraft centers that widget area.
• When both are active on mobile, the Customizer can choose whether Topbar Left or Topbar Right is displayed.

For positional utility links such as account, login, language, or customer-service links, use the Preheader.
