Image Sizes

HoverCraft expects a simple set of WordPress image widths that match the theme's layouts.

Recommended image sizes

• Large: 1200 pixels wide
• Medium Large: 768 pixels wide
• Medium: 480 pixels wide

These are the image widths HoverCraft checks for in WordPress Media Settings.

Featured images

HoverCraft uses the WordPress Medium Large image size for featured images on individual posts and archive pages. With the recommended settings, that means a maximum width of 768 pixels.

Full-size images

The Full size is the original uploaded image, so HoverCraft does not require a fixed width for it. The original only needs to be large enough for the places where it will actually be displayed.
